12 mm Black-on-Clear Laminated Tape

Each cartridge in the six-pack holds 26.2 feet of 12 mm tape that prints black text on a clear, laminated backing. The adhesive resists water, oil, dust and high temperatures while peeling cleanly without residue. Cartridges are fully compatible with the Brother P-touch models listed in the specifications.

Indoor and Outdoor Labelling Needs

The tape suits anyone who needs durable, scannable labels for filing, tool identification, price tags or warehouse bins. It is not intended for users who require coloured backgrounds, wider formats or non-laminated media.

12 mm Width and 8 m Length

The decisive specification is the 12 mm width combined with an 8 m (26.2 ft) roll length, which must match the printer’s cartridge slot and the user’s expected label volume.

Questions about this item

Which Brother label makers accept the 12 mm TZe-131 cassettes?

The tape fits the PT-D210, PT-H110, PT-D220, PT-D400, PT-D410, PT-D450, PT-D600, PT-P700 and PT-P710BT among many other P-touch models listed in the compatibility data.

Will the laminated clear tape stay legible on tools stored in a hot garage?

Yes, the laminated film resists water, oil, dust and high temperatures so printed text and barcodes remain crisp and scannable in harsh indoor or outdoor conditions.

How can I confirm the cassette is feeding correctly after I install it?

Run a test label; the printer should advance the clear tape smoothly, print sharp black characters, and the cutter should produce a clean edge with no jam or residue.
