Product Identity

This pack supplies eight rolls of 12mm laminated tape that print black text on a white background. It is built for owners of Brother P-touch label makers who need a ready stock of compatible consumables.

Durability and Use

The laminated surface resists fading, smudging and scratching while the adhesive holds firmly without lifting edges. Thermal printing requires no ink or toner, so the rolls run cleanly in normal indoor or outdoor labelling tasks.

Deciding Specification

Width is fixed at 12mm and each roll extends to 8 metres, so the tape fits only printers that accept that exact cartridge size. Buyers whose machines require a different width cannot use these rolls.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 12 mm TZe-231 cassette in my PT-D210 without jamming?

Open the cover, drop the cassette in with the tape exit facing the print head, press until it clicks, then close the cover and press the feed key once to seat the tape.

What part of the 8 m roll wears out first and when should I replace it?

The laminated tape itself is the only consumable; replace the cassette when the printed labels start to fade or the roll runs out after 8 metres.

What limits continuous printing on the PT-H110 with this 12 mm laminated tape?

The printer's thermal head overheats after long runs; pause every few metres to let it cool and avoid missed dots on the black-on-white output.
