Ten-pack label tape overview

This pack contains ten GREENCYCLE TZe-S231 laminated tapes, each 12 mm wide and 8 metres long. They print black text on a white background using thermal transfer, so no ink or toner is required. The extra-strength adhesive and split backing make application on rough or textured surfaces straightforward.

Suitable users and limitations

The tapes suit owners of compatible Brother P-touch models who need durable indoor or outdoor labels for wire marking, asset tagging or general organisation. Buyers who need a different tape width, colour combination or adhesive strength should look at other options. Those with non-Brother label makers cannot use these cartridges.

Critical compatibility spec

The decisive specification is the TZe-S231 cartridge format, which fits the extensive list of Brother P-touch printers including PT-D210, PT-D600, PT-H110 and PT-D400AD models. Verify your printer accepts TZe-S231 tapes before purchase.

Questions about this item

Does the TZe-S231 tape cartridge use a thermal interface and what width does it print?

Yes, it is a thermal TZe cartridge that prints 12 mm (0.47") wide labels with black text on white laminated tape.

What physical size must the label compartment accept for this 10-pack?

Each cartridge holds an 8 m (26.2 ft) roll of 12 mm wide tape, so the printer's cassette slot must fit standard Brother TZe-size cassettes.

How do I install the TZe-S231 cassette and what step is often missed?

Open the printer cover, drop the cassette in with the tape path facing the print head, close the cover, then press the feed key once to advance the tape past the split-back liner.
