Compatible UPS Battery Cartridge

The GreenTechLLC GTS-RBC48-24V is a 24V 7AH replacement cartridge designed for APC Smart-UPS units including SMT750, SUA750 and DLA750 series. It matches the OEM RBC48, SLA48 and Cartridge #48 specifications. Each unit is tested, charged and ready to install.

Direct OEM Replacement

This cartridge replaces the original RBC48 battery pack without modification. The 24V configuration uses two 12V 7AH cells housed in a black enclosure measuring 5.90 x 5.20 x 4.50 inches. The jump is worth it when the existing UPS batteries no longer hold sufficient runtime for connected equipment.

For APC Smart-UPS Owners

Suits administrators maintaining compatible APC Smart-UPS 750VA models who need a drop-in 24V cartridge. Not for users whose UPS requires a different voltage, capacity or physical form factor. Buyers needing higher amp-hour ratings or alternative chemistries should look at other options.

Questions about this item

Will the 5.90 x 5.20 x 4.50 inch cartridge fit my APC Smart-UPS SMT750?

The cartridge matches the RBC48 form factor used by the SMT750, SUA750 and DLA750 series, so it slides into the existing battery compartment without modification.

What is the installation step people often miss when swapping the RBC48 cartridge?

After inserting the cartridge, reconnect the red and black leads to the correct terminals and press the battery-replace button on the UPS front panel so the unit recalibrates its runtime estimate.

When should I plan to replace the 24 V 7 AH cartridge in my SUA750?

Sealed-lead-acid cartridges in this class typically last three to five years; replace the unit when the UPS reports reduced runtime or fails a self-test.
