A 32-channel 4K NVR kit with 8TB storage, 32 PoE IP cameras, AI face recognition and person/vehicle detection, plus 100-foot night vision
Camera inputs 32 Channel
The GW Security GW5532NS bundles a 32-channel NVR pre-fitted with an 8 TB hard drive, two 16-port PoE switches and 32 bullet cameras. Every camera delivers 8 MP resolution at up to 30 fps and includes a built-in microphone for audio capture. PoE cabling carries both power and data over single Ethernet runs.
Face recognition and person/vehicle detection let the system distinguish familiar people from strangers and filter out irrelevant motion. Buyers who only need a handful of cameras or who lack structured cabling pathways should consider smaller kits instead.
The NVR provides 32 RJ45 PoE ports directly, so each camera connects without extra injectors. The two included 16-port switches extend the same PoE backbone for longer cable runs up to 100 feet. Systems requiring more than 32 channels will need an additional recorder.

Other versions of this model
The NVR fits a standard 19-inch rack and uses a single AC power cord; the two 16-port PoE switches each need their own AC outlet.
They forget to link both switches to the router with the three 10-foot cables before powering on, so the NVR cannot see all 32 channels.
At 32 channels of 4K 30 fps video the 8 TB drive fills in roughly one week; plan to swap it for a larger drive or add external storage for longer retention.
