H.265 and Ultra 265 compression limits

Video streams use H.264, H.265, MJPEG or Ultra 265 codecs, with a maximum frame rate of 30 fps at 4 MP. The 2.8 mm fixed focal length gives a wide field of view but no optical zoom.
