Photo Silk Baryta X 25-sheet pack

Hahnemuhle Photo Silk Baryta X is a cellulose-based inkjet paper with a 310 gsm weight and a smooth, non-textured surface. It is designed for photographers and creatives who want a traditional baryta look for photo and poster prints. The creamy white base and silky gloss finish produce strong print quality for daily output.

Upgrade from standard glossy or matte papers

This paper replaces ordinary photo papers when you need the feel of a classic silver halide print without a darkroom. The baryta coating adds depth and a subtle sheen that basic coatings cannot match. The jump is worth it when you print portraits or fine art regularly and want archival character on a cellulose base.

Simple sheet-fed loading for inkjet printers

Each 8.5 x 11 inch sheet feeds like standard office paper in compatible inkjet printers. Handle sheets by the edges to avoid fingerprints on the coating. The main issue is curling in high-humidity environments, so store the pack flat in its original sleeve until use.

Questions about this item

Will the 8.5 x 11 inch sheets fit my standard letter-size printer tray?

Yes, the 8.5 x 11 inch dimensions match standard US letter paper size and will fit any printer tray designed for that format.

Does the 310 gsm weight require a specific feed path or rear tray to avoid jams?

Use the rear manual feed or straight-through paper path if your printer has one; the 310 gsm thickness can jam in tight U-turn rollers on standard front cassettes.

How should I store the remaining 25 sheets to prevent the baryta coating from degrading?

Keep unused sheets in the original box, sealed inside the inner plastic bag, stored flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
