Red/White Colored Paper

Hammermill 10247-5 is a new ream of colored paper designed for offices and home users who need vivid colour output for presentations, flyers or colour-coded filing. The 500-sheet pack supplies enough stock for regular printing tasks without frequent reordering.

Super-bright ultra-smooth finish

The 100 brightness rating and ultra-smooth surface keep text crisp and images sharp while reducing paper dust inside the printer. Standard 28lb weight feeds reliably through most inkjet and laser devices with minimal jam risk.

Sustained high-volume printing

A full 500-sheet ream supports extended print runs such as monthly newsletters or large mailings without running out mid-job. The consistent sheet quality maintains feed performance from the first page to the last.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 14-inch sheets so the printer feeds them correctly?

Place the 8-1/2 x 14 inch paper in the tray with the short edge against the front guide and adjust the side guides to the 14-inch length; the common mistake is leaving the tray set to letter size.

Will the 28lb stock curl or jam after sitting in the tray for weeks?

The 28lb weight resists curling better than standard 20lb paper; fan the 500-sheet ream before loading and store unused sheets flat in the wrapper to keep them flat.

At what point does the 100 brightness coating cause toner buildup on the fuser?

The ultra-smooth surface reduces toner scatter, so buildup appears only after very high volumes; run the printer cleaning cycle when streaks first appear on the red/white output.
