Three-Bay Dock with Offline Clone

The HANNORD docking station accepts 2.5 and 3.5 inch SATA or IDE hard drives in three bays. It reads two drives at once and includes slots for M2, MS, TF, SD, MMC, CF and XD memory cards. A 12V 3A power adapter supplies stable power. No driver is required and hot-plug operation is supported on Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8 and Linux.

Upgrade from Single-Bay or USB 2.0 Docks

Moving from a single-bay unit adds simultaneous access to two drives and a built-in card reader. The offline clone function copies data from bay B or C to bay A without a host computer at 70 to 100 MB/s. The jump is worth it when you regularly duplicate drives or need card-reader convenience alongside drive docking.

USB 3.0 Interface Limits

The USB 3.0 link caps theoretical throughput at 5 Gbps, so sustained transfer rates will not exceed that ceiling. Offline cloning is bounded by the 70 to 100 MB/s figure and requires the source drive in bay B or C and the target in bay A. Drives larger than 12 TB are not supported.
