The HANNORD Toslink Digital Optical Audio Cable is a 16 ft male-to-male fibre-optic link with 24K gold-plated connectors and a nylon-braided jacket. It carries uncompressed PCM stereo and compressed 5.1 to 7.1 surround sound between any two devices fitted with standard Toslink (S/PDIF) ports. The cable is supplied new with removable rubber tips that protect the polished ends when not in use.

Suitable for stereo and surround setups

This cable suits anyone connecting a TV, sound bar, Blu-ray player, games console, DAC, AV receiver or satellite box that all expose a Toslink socket. It handles both two-channel PCM and multi-channel Dolby Digital or DTS bitstreams up to 7.1. Systems that require analogue RCA, coaxial S/PDIF, HDMI audio or proprietary digital links cannot use this optical cable.
