Scale and subject

This 1/72 scale diecast model replicates the General Atomics MQ-9A Reaper Block 5 UAV operated by the 108th Attack Squadron of the New York Air National Guard. It is made for adult collectors and hobby enthusiasts who want a true-to-scale representation of this specific military aircraft. The model features a detailed exterior constructed from diecast metal with some plastic parts for a heavy, realistic feel.

Display constraints

The model has no openings, so all details are moulded into the solid airframe rather than revealed through movable panels. It includes a display stand for shelf presentation, but the fixed landing gear and sealed fuselage limit interactive posing options. Buyers who want functional features such as retractable gear or opening hatches should look elsewhere.

Installation notes

Setup consists solely of placing the finished aircraft onto the supplied stand, as the model arrives fully assembled in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging. The diecast construction makes it heavier than plastic-only kits, so ensure the stand sits on a stable surface. No tools, glue or paint are required, and there are no small loose parts to lose during unpacking.
