Two-Pack Adjustable Grip Trainer

This set includes two adjustable hand grippers designed for forearm and finger strength training. Each unit offers a resistance range from 10 to 130 pounds, or 5 to 60 kilograms, allowing progressive overload for various fitness levels. The extended handle accommodates different hand sizes for a comfortable and secure grip during exercise.

Built-In Counter and Portable Storage

An automatic counting mechanism records each repetition so you can track progress without a separate log. The grippers are constructed from heavy-duty plastic and reinforced metal alloy springs for durability under repeated compression. A storage bag is included to keep both units together for travel or gym use.

Replaces Fixed-Resistance Grippers

This pair replaces single-tension devices that require buying multiple units as strength improves. The adjustable range covers light rehabilitation work through to advanced strength sessions in one tool. Buyers who need specialised finger isolation or variable-angle resistance will not find those functions here.
