Ultra-short-throw 4K laser projector

The Hisense 90L5G-DLT90B is a DLP business projector that produces a 3840 x 2160 image at 2100 lumens. Its ultra-short-throw lens lets it fill a 120-inch screen from a very short distance. The 16:9 native aspect ratio matches standard widescreen content. Built-in speakers provide audio without external hardware.

Connectivity and placement flexibility

Four HDMI inputs and one VGA port accept laptops, media players and conferencing gear. An RJ45 jack adds wired network control. The unit supports front, rear and ceiling projection methods so it fits boardrooms, huddle spaces or signage installs. A 60 Hz vertical refresh rate keeps motion smooth for presentations and video.

Brightness headroom and contrast limits

At 2100 lumens the projector handles lit meeting rooms and ambient light better than dimmer models. The 1500:1 contrast ratio delivers readable text and decent video depth, though dark-scene detail will not match higher-contrast units. Power draw is 300 watts and the chassis weighs 17 lbs for fixed or portable deployments.

Questions about this item

How large can the 3840 x 2160 image grow before the 2100-lumen output becomes the limiting factor?

The ultra-short-throw design supports a maximum diagonal of 120 inches at the full 3840 x 2160 resolution with 2100 lumens.

What are the power draw and acoustic profile when the projector runs continuously at its 300-watt rating?

Continuous operation draws 300 watts; the DLP engine and laser light source are designed for all-day use with built-in cooling.

Which source devices can connect directly to the four HDMI ports and single VGA input without extra adapters?

Any device with HDMI or VGA output — laptops, media players, game consoles, or desktop PCs — plugs straight into the four HDMI and one VGA ports.
