Genuine 180W replacement lamp

The Hitachi CP-AW100N lamp module delivers a new 180W UHB bulb pre-installed in its housing for direct installation. It is intended for users whose Hitachi projector requires the DT01091 lamp and who want a ready-to-fit replacement without separate bulb handling. The unit ships new and meets ISO9001 manufacturing standards for beam performance, ignition, voltage, appearance, connections and run-time.

Replaces a dimming or expired original

This module replaces the factory lamp when brightness has fallen or the hour counter has reached its limit. The jump is worth it when the projector shows a replacement warning or image quality no longer meets the needs of presentations or classroom use. Economy mode extends the service interval to 4,000 hours, while normal mode provides 3,000 hours of operation.

Steady output over thousands of hours

Under sustained use the lamp maintains consistent brightness and colour balance across its rated life rather than fading quickly after an initial peak. Quality checks on every unit verify stable voltage and ignition behaviour during extended run-time. The 90-day warranty period covers early-life failures detected in normal operation.

Questions about this item

Which Hitachi projectors accept the CP-AW100N lamp module?

What is the correct way to install the CP-AW100N lamp module, and what step is often missed?

Power off and unplug the projector, let it cool completely, remove the lamp cover, slide out the old module, insert the new CP-AW100N unit until it clicks, replace the cover, then reset the lamp timer in the menu — the timer reset is the step most often forgotten.

When will the CP-AW100N lamp need replacement based on its rated life?

The 180W UHB lamp is rated for 3000 hours in normal mode or 4000 hours in economy mode; replace it when brightness drops noticeably or the projector indicates end of lamp life.
