Replacement Lamp Module

The Hitachi CP-RX70WF module is a complete 160W lamp assembly supplied new in its housing for direct installation. It uses a Philips UHB bulb rated for 2000 hours of operation. The unit matches the original DT00781 specification and is built to ISO9001 quality standards.

Projector Owners Needing a Direct Swap

This module suits owners of compatible Hitachi projectors who want a ready-to-fit replacement without separate bulb handling. It is not intended for users requiring a bare bulb only, for those servicing a different projector series, or for installations demanding a higher or lower wattage rating.

Build Integration and Benefits

The pre-assembled housing eliminates alignment steps during replacement and restores full brightness immediately. No additional tools or adapter parts are needed beyond the projector's standard lamp access. The 180-day warranty period covers the module against early failure.

Questions about this item

Which Hitachi projector models accept the DT00781 lamp module?

The DT00781 lamp module is built for the Hitachi CP-RX70WF projector and fits that model directly.

Will the 160W UHB bulb run in a projector that originally used a lower-wattage lamp?

No. The 160W rating matches the CP-RX70WF design; using it in a projector specified for a different wattage can cause overheating or ignition failure.

How can I confirm the new lamp is operating correctly after installation?

Reset the projector's lamp-hour counter, then verify the menu shows zero hours and the image reaches full brightness without flickering during the first 30 minutes.
