Direct replacement lamp

The Hitachi CP-X4020 DT01051 is a new 260W projector lamp module that ships as a fully assembled bulb and housing. It is designed for users who need a ready-to-install replacement for the original lamp in a Hitachi CP-X4020 or CPX4020 projector without separate assembly steps.

Verify model and lamp hours

Before ordering, confirm that your projector uses the CP-X4020 or CPX4020 designation and that the existing lamp module matches the DT01051 part reference. The unit is rated for 2000 hours in normal mode and 4000 hours in economy mode, so check which setting you typically run to gauge expected service life.

Fits CP-X4020 housing

The module slides into the projector's existing lamp cage and connects to the standard power socket, requiring no additional brackets or wiring. Replacing the complete assembly restores full brightness and frees you from handling a bare bulb, while the UHB 260W lamp maintains the projector's original light output specifications.

Questions about this item

Does the DT01051 lamp ship as a complete housing or just the bare 260W bulb?

The module arrives with the UHB 260W bulb already mounted in its housing, so no separate cage or tools are required for installation.

Which of the four available versions should I choose for a CP-X4020 projector?

All four versions — three OEM-sourced and one compatible — are built to ISO 9001 standards and fit the CP-X4020; select the OEM direct-from-manufacturer version for the exact original bulb source, or the compatible version for a lower cost with genuine OEM parts.

What does the 260W rating mean for brightness and heat in daily use?

The 260W UHB lamp delivers the projector's full rated light output; expect the rated 2000 hours in Normal mode or up to 4000 hours in Economy mode, with corresponding fan noise and heat levels.
