Ready-to-Install Projector Lamp

The Hitachi DT01241 module ships as a fully assembled bulb and housing, so you can slot it into a compatible Hitachi projector without handling a bare lamp. No tools or alignment steps are required beyond the projector's normal lamp-door procedure. The only common issue is forgetting to reset the projector's lamp-hour counter after installation, which leaves the replacement warning active.

Quality-Assured UHP Bulb

Each unit uses a 215W Philips UHP bulb and is built to ISO 9001 standards, with checks for beam performance, ignition voltage, connections and run-time. The lamp is rated for 5,000 hours of typical use. Buyers who need a higher-wattage module or a different connector layout for another projector model will find this lamp unsuitable.

Stable Output Over Extended Runs

Under sustained operation the lamp maintains consistent brightness and colour stability for the duration of its rated life. It is designed for continuous projection sessions rather than brief bursts, making it suited to classrooms, boardrooms or home cinema setups that run for several hours at a time.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the DT01241 lamp is working correctly after installation?

The projector should start without error lights and display a bright, stable image; the lamp timer in the menu will reset to zero and count up toward the rated 5,000 hours.

What comes in the box with the DT01241 and what must I buy separately?

The module includes a new Philips UHP 215W bulb pre-assembled in its housing, ready to fit; no extra cables, filters or tools are supplied.

Which DT01241 version should I choose among the OEM and compatible options?

Choose the direct-from-manufacturer OEM version for identical performance to the original lamp, the Hitachi-sold OEM for brand-matched spec, another OEM brand for equivalent quality, or the compatible version for a lower-cost alternative built with genuine OEM parts.
