Ready-to-install replacement module

Rated output and usable hours

At 245 watts the lamp delivers the brightness specified for the original unit. The manufacturer rates it for 2,500 hours in normal mode and up to 5,000 hours in economy mode, giving a clear window for planning the next change.

OEM-grade alternative to the original unit

This module replaces the factory lamp (part DT01171) with an OEM-sourced equivalent built to ISO9001 quality checks. The jump is worth it when the existing lamp has reached its hour limit or shows dimming, restoring specified brightness without moving to a different projector.

Questions about this item

Will the DT01171 lamp module fit my existing Hitachi HCP-5000X projector without modification?

Yes, the DT01171 is a fully assembled 245W bulb-and-housing module built to the original specifications for the HCP-5000X, so it installs directly in place of the old lamp.

How can I verify the new lamp is performing correctly after installation?

The projector's lamp-hour counter should reset to zero and the lamp should run for up to 2500 hours in normal mode or 5000 hours in economy mode before replacement is needed.

Does the DT01171 package include the housing, or must I buy a bare bulb and a separate cage?

The DT01171 ships as a complete module with the Philips UHP 245W bulb already mounted in its housing, so no extra parts are required.
