Two-computer HDMI KVM switch

This Hitoor KVM switch lets you operate two computers from a single monitor, keyboard and mouse. It accepts two HDMI inputs and delivers one HDMI output at up to 4K resolution at 60 Hz. The unit is built for office or home multitasking where desk space and peripheral count need to stay minimal. No drivers are required for basic operation.

Four USB 3.0 ports and hotkey switching

The box includes two USB 3.0 cables for the computer links, a USB Type-C power cable and a manual. Four downstream USB 3.0 ports let you share printers, flash drives, cameras or other USB devices between the two connected systems. You can change the active computer by pressing the button on the unit or by using a keyboard hotkey combination.

HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 limits

The switch passes video through an HDMI 2.0 interface with HDCP 2.2 support, so protected 4K content at 60 Hz can be displayed. Resolutions above 4K or refresh rates above 60 Hz are not supported. The USB hub operates at USB 3.0 speeds, and the device draws power from the supplied Type-C cable rather than the host ports.

Questions about this item

Will the four USB 3.0 ports need any firmware updates or driver maintenance over time?

No driver is needed for the USB 3.0 hub; it operates plug-and-play and requires no firmware updates.

What is the maximum video throughput before the HDMI 2.0 link becomes the bottleneck?

The HDMI 2.0 interface caps video at 4K@60Hz with HDCP 2.2, so sustained 4K 60 Hz is the hard limit.

Does the metal housing stay cool enough for continuous all-day switching?

The durable metal housing provides passive cooling; no fan is present and the unit runs silently during extended use.
