Four-computer HDMI KVM switch

This Hitoor KVM switch lets four computers share one HDMI monitor and three USB 2.0 peripherals. It includes four 2-in-1 KVM cables, a wired remote button and a front-panel button for switching. No drivers are required and the unit supports Windows, Mac OS, Linux, UNIX and DOS.

Replaces cable swapping for multi-system desks

The switch removes the need to physically move HDMI and USB cables when moving between up to four computers. The jump is worth it when a single 4K display and shared keyboard, mouse or printer must serve several systems in an office, classroom or home theatre setup.

Limited to 3840x2160 at 30 Hz over HDMI

The HDMI output tops out at 3840x2160 resolution at 30 Hz, so high-refresh gaming or smooth 60 Hz desktop work is not supported. USB peripheral sharing is restricted to USB 2.0 speeds, which limits bandwidth for devices such as external drives or high-speed scanners.

Questions about this item

What cables are included to connect four computers to the Hitoor KVM switch?

The package includes four 2-in-1 KVM cables, each combining an HDMI and a USB 2.0 connection for the host side, so every computer links with a single cable.

How do you attach the external wired switch button, and what common mistake should be avoided?

Plug the wired switch button into the dedicated port on the switch; the step users often miss is ensuring each KVM cable's host end goes to the computer and its KVM end goes to the switch — reversing them breaks the signal.

What resolution and refresh rate does the HDMI output support for the shared monitor?

The HDMI output delivers up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz, matching the 4K 30 Hz specification for the connected display.
