Dual-monitor KVM for two PCs

The Hitoor 8202DH lets two computers share two HDMI monitors, a keyboard, a mouse and up to four USB 3.0 peripherals. It is aimed at home-office users, gamers and professionals who need simultaneous dual-display access to both systems without unplugging cables.

Driver-free setup with wired remote

Each computer connects through one HDMI cable, one DisplayPort cable and one USB 3.0 cable to the switch; two HDMI cables then run from the switch to the monitors. A 12 V power adapter is included. Switching is done by front-panel push buttons or the 1.5 m wired remote. Extended and mirrored modes are selected on the host with the standard display shortcut.

8K60 and 4K144 over HDMI 2.1 and DP 1.4

The single specification that decides fit is the maximum video bandwidth: 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 144 Hz, achievable only with HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 cables. Buyers whose monitors or GPUs do not support those standards will not reach the advertised resolutions.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the Hitoor 8202DH is delivering 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 144 Hz after I connect everything?

Use HDMI 2.1 cables for the HDMI links and DP 1.4 cables for the DisplayPort links, then check the on-screen display or GPU control panel to verify the active resolution and refresh rate match 8K 60 Hz or 4K 144 Hz.

What cables and accessories are included with the 8202DH, and what must I supply myself?

The box contains the KVM switch, two 1.5 m USB 3.0 cables, a 1.5 m wired remote, a 12 V power adapter and a user manual. You must provide two HDMI cables, two DisplayPort cables and any additional USB peripherals.

I have one PC with dual HDMI outputs and another with HDMI plus DisplayPort — which 8202DH connection scheme should I use?

Connect each computer with one HDMI cable and one DisplayPort cable to the corresponding input ports on the KVM, then run two HDMI cables from the KVM outputs to your two monitors; this matches the 8202DH's HDMI+DP input design.
