Five-input 8K HDMI 2.1 switch

This HDMI 2.1 switch connects up to five source devices to a single display or projector. It supports resolutions up to 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 120 Hz and 5120 x 1440 at 120 Hz with 4:4:4 8-bit colour. A remote control and front-panel button provide two ways to change the active input. The unit is suited for home-theatre or gaming setups that need more HDMI ports than the display offers.

Check source and sink capabilities

The switch passes through HDCP 2.3, VRR, HDR10 and Dolby Vision signals, but 8K output requires every connected source and the display to support 8K natively. All five inputs and the single output use standard HDMI connectors. A USB-C power cable is included without a wall adapter, so a spare USB port or charger must be available. The remote ships without batteries.

Sustained 48 Gbps throughput

The HDMI 2.1 chip maintains the full 48 Gbps link rate during extended sessions, preserving 4K 120 Hz or 8K 60 Hz video without compression artefacts. Audio formats including Dolby Atmos, DTS-HD and LPCM pass through continuously. The metal enclosure dissipates heat from the active circuitry, keeping signal integrity stable over long viewing or gaming periods.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and what do I need to buy separately?

The package includes the 5-port HDMI 2.1 switch, an IR remote control, a USB Type-C power cable, and a user manual. Two AAA batteries for the remote and a USB power adapter are not included and must be purchased separately.

Which version should I choose if I want 4K at 120 Hz on all five ports?

This single model supports up to 4K at 120 Hz on every input, so there is no separate version to select — the same unit handles 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 120 Hz, and 5120 x 1440 at 120 Hz 4:4:4 8-bit across all five ports.

Will the 8K 60 Hz rating work on my PS5 and 8K TV without extra settings?

The switch passes 48 Gbps bandwidth and HDCP 2.3, so 8K at 60 Hz works when both the source and display support that resolution; HDR10, Dolby Vision, VRR, and 3D are also passed through automatically.
