Triple-Monitor KVM Switch

This Hitoor KVM switch lets a single Windows laptop and a desktop share three HDMI displays plus four USB peripherals. It accepts one HDMI and one USB-C MST input from the laptop and three HDMI plus USB inputs from the desktop. A wired remote and front-panel buttons both change the active computer. The unit ships with all required cables and a 12 V power adapter.

Build Integration

Three HDMI outputs drive the monitors at up to 4K 60 Hz, with backward compatibility for 2K 120 Hz, 2560×1440 120/60 Hz and 1920×1080 144/120 Hz. The laptop connects through its USB-C port with MST support and receives up to 87 W of power delivery from the PD port. Four downstream USB ports — three Type-A and one Type-C — handle keyboard, mouse, printer or scanner at 5 Gbps, compatible with USB 3.0, 2.0 and 1.1.

Who This Suits

Ideal for users who run a Windows laptop alongside a desktop and want one keyboard, mouse and triple-monitor setup without re-plugging cables. Not suited for macOS or Linux laptops because the USB-C MST input requires Windows. Buyers needing more than two computer ports, DisplayPort monitor outputs, or higher than 4K 60 Hz resolution should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Does the 5Gbps USB bandwidth limit file-transfer speed when all three monitors are active?

The USB ports share a 5Gbps link, so simultaneous high-speed storage and three 4K@60Hz streams will contend for that bandwidth.

How hot does the unit get when driving three 4K@60Hz displays and charging a laptop at 87W all day?

It ships with a 12V DC adapter and runs passively; sustained 87W PD plus triple 4K output warms the metal chassis but stays within normal operating temperature.

Which cables and host ports must my laptop and desktop already provide for this KVM to work?

The laptop needs one USB-C port with MST/DP Alt Mode and one HDMI output; the desktop needs three HDMI outputs and one USB-A or USB-B upstream port.
