Wide Roll with Built-In Cutter

The HIWARE m9-e300 roll measures 15 inches wide by 200 feet long, giving 250 square feet of unbleached parchment. A metal cutter in the box lets you tear straight pieces to fit jelly-roll pans or smaller trays. It replaces standard 12-inch rolls and eliminates scissors. The paper is certified FSC wood pulp with a food-grade silicone coating.

Heavy 45 gsm Paper Handles Repeated Heat

At 45 gsm the sheet is thicker than common 35 gsm or 40 gsm grades, so it resists tearing when wet dough or heavy roasts are lifted. The silicone surface stays non-stick and waterproof through multiple batches. Rated to 450 °F, it will not curl or ignite in ovens, microwaves or air fryers, and it remains stable in the freezer.

Check Pan Width and Storage Space

Verify your baking sheets are no wider than 15 inches so the roll covers them fully. The 200-foot length needs a drawer or shelf tall enough for the box and cutter. Buyers who want pre-cut sheets or a roll narrower than 12 inches should choose a different format.

Questions about this item

Will the attached metal cutter still give a clean edge after the roll has been used all day in a hot kitchen?

The box includes a metal cutter that slices the 15 in wide paper to any length you need, and the 45 gsm thickness keeps the sheet from tearing while you pull it.

What pans or trays do I need to already own for this 15 in wide roll to be useful?

The 15 in width fits standard jelly-roll and half-sheet pans, so any tray up to that width works without trimming.

Can I use this unbleached parchment alongside my older 12 in pre-cut sheets without changing bake times?

The paper is rated oven and microwave safe up to 450 °F, so it behaves the same as thinner 35 or 40 gsm sheets at the same temperature.
