500 ml hydrothermal reactor for research labs

The HNZXIB KH-series vessel holds 500 ml of reaction mixture and is rated for a maximum temperature of 240 °C with a safety limit of 220 °C. A PTFE inner lining provides acid and alkali resistance while the non-magnetic 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel shell adds structural strength. It is intended for university teaching, research units and small-scale synthesis in new materials, energy and environmental engineering.

Controlled heating and cooling for repeatable

Heating and cooling rates are limited to 5 °C per minute to prevent thermal shock and maintain sealed integrity under pressure. The safety pressure rating is 3 MPa and the filling degree must not exceed 80 % of the 500 ml capacity. Natural cooling to room temperature is required before the lid is opened, ensuring consistent digestion of heavy metals, pesticide residues, food, water, sludge, rare earth products and organic matter.

Non-magnetic steel body

The stainless steel autoclave body resists corrosion and eliminates magnetic interference during handling. Double protection from the steel shell and Teflon lining allows repeated exposure to aggressive acid or alkali environments. Wooden case packaging protects the vessel during the 7 to 14 working day transit, and the supplier provides a one year warranty on the assembly.
