Purpose-built chiller for low-temperature labs

The HNZXIB DLSB-10/30 is a refrigerated circulator that delivers coolant down to -30 °C from a 10 L reservoir. It serves chemists and process engineers who need stable sub-ambient fluid for rotary evaporators, jacketed reactors or vacuum freeze-drying ovens. The unit runs on 220 V/50 Hz mains power and arrives new in a wooden crate.

Microcomputer control and pump integration

A built-in microcomputer controller with digital display lets operators set and monitor temperature to ±0.2 °C precision. The circulation pump provides 20 L/min flow at 4–6 m head, so the chiller can feed external glassware or reactors directly without an auxiliary pump. Ambient conditions of 25 °C and 60–80 % humidity are assumed for rated performance.

Protection features and voltage option

Internal safeguards shut the system down if coolant conditions drift outside safe limits, protecting connected precision equipment. A 110 V/60 Hz variant is available on request for sites with different mains standards. The chassis measures 500 × 400 × 650 mm, fitting standard bench depths.
