The HNZXIB LS-35LD-110V is a vertical pressure steam sterilizer built for medical, healthcare and research facilities. It uses saturated steam to sterilise surgical instruments, dressings, culture media and laboratory utensils. The 35 L chamber suits small to medium batch loads in clinics and labs.

Stainless Steel Build with Microcomputer Control

The vessel and inner barrel are constructed from high-quality stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. A microcomputer control system manages the cycle with a digital display and touch keys for simple operation. Automatic cold-air discharge and post-cycle steam exhaust run without manual intervention. A double-layer stainless steel mesh basket is included for loading. An audible buzzer signals when the cycle finishes and the unit stops automatically.

Upgrade from Manual or Smaller-Capacity Units

This model replaces non-automated sterilisers or smaller benchtop units that lack programmable timing and automatic exhaust. The jump is worthwhile when throughput demands a 35 L chamber, a 0.22 MPa working pressure and a 134 °C sterilisation temperature with timer ranges up to 99 minutes or 99 hours 59 minutes. It is not suited for facilities requiring larger chamber volumes such as 50 L, 75 L, 100 L or 150 L models.
