5 L rotary evaporator with –20 °C chiller

The HNZXIB R1005 is a new laboratory rotary evaporator paired with a circulating chiller that reaches –20 °C. It handles a 5 L rotating flask and is powered from a single-phase 220 V, 50 Hz supply. The set is intended for solvent concentration and purification in research or pilot-scale work.

Electric lift and vertical double-coil condenser

An electric lift provides 0–100 mm of travel so the flask can be raised or lowered without manual handling. The vertical double-coil condenser works with the chiller’s 5 L tank to condense vapour efficiently. A PTFE and fluorine-rubber double seal maintains vacuum during continuous operation.

2.0 kW total power with digital speed control

The drive motor runs at 20–140 rpm under digital frequency-conversion control for stepless adjustment. Evaporation rates exceed 2 L/h for water and 4 L/h for alcohol under standard conditions. The unit operates in ambient temperatures from 5 °C to 35 °C and draws 2.0 kW at full load.
