It uses GG17 high-borosilicate glass for chemical resistance and transparency. A stainless-steel SUS304 frame supports the vessel. The unit operates on a 110 V, 50/60 Hz supply.

Vacuum and Temperature Limits of the Jacketed Design

The inner layer handles stirring reactions under vacuum while the jacket circulates heating or cooling fluids such as hot oil, water or freezing liquid. Stirring speed ranges from 0 to 600 rpm with a maximum of 1300 rpm, driven by a 120 W motor delivering 1000 g·cm torque. A PTFE agitator on a 12 mm shaft connects through a universal joint. A reserved thermometer casing allows direct temperature monitoring.
