It operates on 110V/60Hz power with a US plug and features a manual screw lift for the water or oil bath. The unit is designed for laboratory distillation, concentration and purification tasks where gentle heating is required.

Capacity and evaporation headroom

The evaporating flask holds 2 litres with a 24# conical ground joint, while the receiving flask accommodates 1 litre. Digital speed control runs from 0 to 120 r/min and the bath provides 1200W heating with ±1°C accuracy. Vacuum reaches 0.098Mpa for efficient solvent recovery, though the fixed 2L flask size limits batch volume and the manual lift restricts height adjustment to 150mm.
