What It Is

This Home Zone Security ELI1582V set contains twelve solar post cap lights built for 3.5 by 3.5 inch posts. Decorative glass shades cover warm LEDs that run on 3.2 volt solar power with no wiring required.

Who It Suits

Homeowners wanting uniform accent lighting along decks, fences or patios will appreciate the dusk-to-dawn automation and anti-rust construction. Buyers who need brighter security flood lighting or posts sized differently should look elsewhere.

Installation Notes

Mounting screws are included so each cap fastens directly to the post top in minutes. The touch switch must be turned on before mounting; forgetting this step is the most common reason a light appears dead on the first night.

Questions about this item

Do I need 3.5 x 3.5 inch posts for the ELI1582V lights to mount correctly?

Yes, the lights are intended for standard 3.5 x 3.5 inch posts and include mounting screws for installation.

Will the solar panels still charge if I place them near existing wired garden lights?

The solar panels charge during daylight regardless of nearby wired lights; the dusk-to-dawn sensor only controls when the LEDs turn on.

How do I verify the adjustable colour temperature is set to my preferred tone after installation?

Use the touch switch on each unit to cycle through the available colour temperatures until the desired warm glow appears.
