Bridge dimensions and purpose

The HON Foundation Mahogany Laminate Bridge measures 47.75 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 29 inches high. It connects two desks or credenzas to form a continuous U-shaped or L-shaped workstation. The mahogany finish matches other pieces in the Foundation series. This component is intended for home offices or small business environments.

Who this suits and who it does not

This bridge suits users who already own compatible HON Foundation desks or returns and need to span the gap between them. It does not function as a standalone desk because it lacks full end panels and leg support on both sides. Buyers who want a freestanding table or a deeper worksurface should look at a different product type.

Build integration and space impact

The bridge bolts to adjoining units using the hardware supplied with those units, so no extra fasteners are required. Its 24-inch depth aligns with standard Foundation returns, keeping the overall footprint consistent. Adding the bridge creates a wrapped layout that frees up the central floor area for a chair and movement.
