Hosa Technology Mogan Microphone Cable AKG Transmitters Beige 2mm OD 4ft

SKU CH-YC3A-GAF1K

Connects Mogan ear-worn and lavalier microphones to AKG wireless transmitters with a 4-foot, 2 mm beige cable built for durability

  • Connects Mogan mics to AKG wireless transmitters
  • 4-foot length gives flexible positioning
  • 2 mm outer diameter resists daily wear
  • Reinforced build extends service life
  • Neutral beige colour matches existing gear

Purpose and compatibility

This cable connects Mogan ear-worn or lavalier microphones to AKG wireless body-pack transmitters. It serves performers, presenters and broadcast crews who use that specific microphone-to-transmitter combination and need a reliable link for clear audio pickup.

Upgrade context

It replaces a damaged, lost or too-short original cable in the same Mogan-to-AKG signal chain. The four-foot length adds reach over shorter leads, and the 2 mm reinforced jacket resists wear better than thinner cables, making the swap worthwhile when the existing lead fails or restricts movement.

Installation notes

Simply plug the connector into the microphone and the transmitter; no tools or soldering are required. The snug fit prevents accidental disconnection during active use, while the neutral beige finish stays inconspicuous on stage or on camera.

Questions about this item

What connector does the cable use to fit an AKG wireless transmitter?

The cable terminates in a connector compatible with AKG body-pack wireless transmitters, allowing a direct link from Mogan ear-worn or lavalier microphones.

How do you install the cable, and what step is often missed?

Plug the cable into the microphone and the transmitter input, then secure any locking collar or screw-on ring; the step often missed is tightening that collar fully to prevent accidental disconnection.

What part of the cable is most likely to need replacement first?

The 2 mm outer-diameter cable jacket and its connector strain reliefs endure repeated bending; they are the first items to show wear and may need replacement after heavy use.
