UV LED floodlight for parties and inspection

The HouLight HOU-FL-UV is a 10W LED floodlight emitting narrow-band UVA at 385-400 nm. It runs on 85-265 V AC and carries an IP65 rating for outdoor use. The unit suits blacklight parties, glow-in-the-dark displays, currency verification, stain detection and UV curing tasks.

Adjustable bracket and 1.5 m grounded cord

A 150-degree tilt bracket lets the fixture mount on walls, ceilings or floors and aim the 120-degree beam where needed. The included 1.5 m power cable has a US plug with ground wire, so the light connects directly to mains without extra wiring.

Aluminium housing with glass shade

The body is aluminium with a painted finish and a glass shade measuring 4.6 x 3.8 x 3.8 in. Weighing 0.9 lb, it stays secure on the bracket in wind or vibration. The IP65 seal keeps rain and dust out, allowing permanent outdoor installation.

Questions about this item

How long before the 10 W UV LED needs replacement?

The LED is rated for 50000 hours of operation before its output drops significantly.

What limits continuous running time for the IP65 floodlight?

The 150 degree adjustable bracket and aluminium housing dissipate heat so thermal throttling is the first limit under sustained use.

How much heat and noise does the 10 W unit produce all day?

It runs silently with no fan; the aluminium body stays warm but safe to touch after hours of 120 V AC operation.
