Ideal for Direct Thermal Desktop Printers

These white direct thermal labels work with desktop printers that use a transmissive label sensor and do not require a thermal ribbon. They suit shipping, Endicia, badge, address, barcode and file folder labelling tasks where multiple contact scans must not smear.

Replaces Rolls That Lack Core Protection

Each roll is individually packed in a mini-carton with the brand logo to shield labels from sunlight and scuffing, and the HouseLabels logo behind the release liner confirms authenticity. The jump is worth it when previous rolls arrived damaged or caused sensor misreads.

Performs Consistently Across 1000 Labels

Perforations separate every 2.25 x 1.25 inch label cleanly during long print runs, and the permanent adhesive holds without residue buildup on the printhead. The 1 inch core and 3.5 to 4 inch outside diameter feed steadily from first label to last.

Questions about this item

Will the 1" core fit my desktop thermal printer?

These rolls use a standard 1" core that fits most direct thermal desktop printers with a 1" spindle.

How do I load the roll so the sensor detects the gap?

Load the roll with labels facing out and align the perforation gap over the transmissive sensor; the printer will then index each 2.25 x 1.25 label correctly.

How long before the printed image starts to fade?

Direct thermal prints stay legible for months under normal indoor conditions; heat, sunlight, or friction will shorten that life.
