Direct thermal shipping labels 48 rolls

This pack contains forty-eight rolls of white direct thermal labels sized four by six inches on a three-inch core. They are built for high-volume shipping stations that print thousands of parcels each day. The Fasson paper stock is BPA free and resists smearing during repeated barcode scans. Each roll feeds cleanly on Zebra, Eltron, Datamax, Intermec, SATO and Fargo desktop printers.

Transmissive sensor requirement

The labels work only with printers that use a transmissive gap or notch sensor to detect the leading edge. Reflective sensors will not register the media and the printer will fault. No ribbon is needed because the coating darkens directly under the printhead heat. Users must confirm their printer supports direct thermal mode before purchasing.

2800 labels total quantity

The box delivers two thousand eight hundred individual labels across all rolls, setting the total print run before reorder. Operations printing more than that volume per cycle will need multiple boxes or a larger bulk pack. Buyers who need synthetic durability or colour printing should choose a different media type.
