HP 411121-001 Brocade Bladesystem 4/24 SAN Switch Module with 4 GBICs

SAN switch module for BladeSystem enclosures

The HP 411121-001 is a Brocade 4/24 SAN switch module designed for HP BladeSystem c-Class enclosures. It provides Fibre Channel connectivity for blade servers with four GBIC transceivers included. The module occupies a single interconnect bay and weighs 5.1 units. It suits administrators expanding storage networking in an existing BladeSystem chassis.

Buyers needing more than four ports or 8 Gb speeds

This module is limited to four ports and 4 Gb Fibre Channel performance. Organisations requiring higher port density, faster link speeds or support for newer Fibre Channel generations should evaluate other switch modules. It is also unsuitable for racks that do not accept BladeSystem interconnect form factors.
