HP NC364M Quad Port Blade Adapter

The HP NC364M is a four-port Gigabit Ethernet adapter designed for HP BladeSystem c-Class enclosures. It connects through a PCI Express x4 interface and presents four RJ45 ports for copper cabling. This module suits IT teams expanding wired connectivity inside a blade chassis.

Upgrades single or dual-port blade NICs

Replacing a one or two-port adapter with this quad-port module consolidates cabling and frees mezzanine slots for other functions. The step up makes sense when a blade server needs more network segments, iSCSI paths or virtualisation networks than its current adapter provides. Buyers whose enclosures lack a compatible mezzanine slot or who require fibre uplinks instead of copper should look at other module types.
