HP 460W Common Slot Redundant Power Supply

The HP 499249-001 delivers 460 watts of 12 volt output in a common slot form factor. It is built as a high-efficiency redundant unit for compatible server chassis. This new component is designed to fit Proliant DL380 G6, G7 and Gen8 systems. Hot-plug support allows replacement without shutting down the server.

Suited for HP Proliant DL380 redundancy

This supply suits administrators maintaining DL380 G6, G7 or Gen8 servers that require a redundant 460W common slot module. It is not for builders needing a different wattage or voltage output. Buyers with non-HP chassis or non-common-slot bays should look at other options. Systems requiring a higher capacity than 460 watts will need a different unit.
