A 300 GB 10 000 RPM SAS hard drive with dual-port connectivity for 2.5 inch server bays
This 2.5-inch hard disk delivers 300 GB of storage on a 6 Gb/s SAS interface with dual-port connectivity. It spins at 10 000 rpm and is supplied new for use in compatible HP server environments.
The 6 Gb/s SAS link caps sustained throughput at the interface rate, so sequential performance cannot exceed that bandwidth. Dual-port operation provides path redundancy but does not double the single-stream transfer speed.
Measured against everything we stock in Drive Cages & Server Add-Ons, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Both numbers refer to the same 300 GB 10K SAS drive; either part number will supply the identical dual-port 2.5 inch unit.
The 6 Gbit/s SAS interface sets the peak link speed; sustained transfer will depend on the 10K spindle and your controller's queue depth.
