Business media phone for Microsoft Teams and PoE-E

The HP Poly CCX 400 is a corded IP telephone designed for business environments. It supports Microsoft Teams integration and Power over Ethernet for simplified deployment. The handset suits lobbies, guest rooms and conference halls where cost-effective voice communication is required. It provides a desktop or wall-mountable form factor in black.

Sustained VoIP clarity with acoustic noise reduction

During extended calls the phone maintains consistent audio quality using Poly HD Voice and Poly Acoustic Clarity technologies. Poly Acoustic Fence technology actively reduces background noise so conversations remain clear over long periods. The 5-inch multi-touch colour LCD keeps contacts and meetings accessible without interrupting the call. The interface stays responsive throughout the working day.

Practical limits of dual RJ-45 PoE connectivity

The unit includes two network ports that carry both data and power on a single cable where outlets are absent. This PoE arrangement limits placement to the reach of the Ethernet infrastructure. The system supports up to 24 total lines across the deployment. No wireless or Bluetooth interfaces are present, so mobility depends entirely on cabled connections.
