Everyday Matte Polypropylene Roll

This HP CH025A roll is a 120 g/m² matte polypropylene film designed for inkjet printing. It measures 42 inches wide by 100 feet long on a 2-inch core. The white surface produces vibrant colour and eye-catching image quality for indoor and outdoor applications. Tear-resistant construction allows easy handling during production and installation.

Suited for signage and display work

Print shops and in-house graphics teams needing durable output for short-term campaigns will find this film practical. It achieves indoor, in-window display permanence up to 6 months and outdoor display permanence up to 3 months. Buyers who require archival longevity beyond those periods or a different media width should look at alternative products.

Single roll simplifies inventory

The package contains one roll, letting operators load a complete 100-foot length without splicing. This reduces changeover time on compatible wide-format inkjet printers. No additional software, ink kits or mounting hardware are bundled with the film.

Questions about this item

Which HP DesignJet printers accept a 42-inch wide roll with a 2-inch core?

This 42-inch wide roll fits HP DesignJet models that support a 2-inch core and 42-inch media width, such as the Z6, Z9+ and T-series printers.

Will this 120 g/m² matte polypropylene film feed reliably on an older DesignJet that normally takes lighter bond paper?

The 120 g/m² film is heavier than standard bond, so verify your printer's maximum media weight specification before loading to avoid misfeeds.

How can I confirm the roll is printing correctly after installation?

Run a nozzle check or print a test pattern; the output should show even colour density, no banding, and the matte surface should feel dry to the touch immediately.
