What this printer is

The HP Color LaserJet Pro M476NW is a wireless multifunction colour laser printer that prints, copies and scans at up to 21 pages per minute in both black and colour. It delivers 600 by 600 dpi resolution and accepts up to 300 sheets of paper. The unit has been fully cleaned, worn parts replaced and mechanics field-tested before packing.

Who it suits and who should look elsewhere

Small offices or home users who need reliable colour output, wireless networking and a 300-sheet tray will find the speed and multifunction features a good fit. Buyers who require larger paper capacity, duplex scanning or included toner cartridges should consider other models. The printer ships without toner, so plan for a separate supply purchase.

Build and workflow fit

Wireless connectivity lets the printer join an existing network without a dedicated cable run, freeing up desk space and USB ports on host computers. The 300-sheet input tray reduces reload frequency during moderate print runs. A standard power outlet and Wi-Fi network are the only infrastructure required to start printing, copying and scanning.
