Convertible 2-in-1 for professional mobility

The HP Elite x360 1040 G11 is a 14.0-inch convertible notebook with a 360-degree hinge that switches between laptop and tablet modes. It runs Windows 11 Pro on an Intel Core Ultra 7 165H processor with integrated Arc Graphics and includes vPro Technology for managed enterprise environments.

Suits managed fleets and mobile knowledge workers

This configuration fits IT-managed deployments needing vPro remote management and 32 GB of memory for multitasking across productivity suites. Buyers who want a dedicated graphics card, a touchscreen display, or more than 512 GB of internal storage should consider other models.

Sustained workloads on integrated Arc Graphics

Under continuous load the integrated Arc Graphics shares system memory and thermal headroom with the Core Ultra 7 165H, so extended rendering or compute tasks will throttle sooner than a discrete GPU solution. The 1920 x 1200 WUXGA panel and 32 GB memory buffer help maintain responsiveness during long office sessions.

Questions about this item

What operating system must already be licensed for the Intel vPro features on this Elite x360 1040 G11 to function?

Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed and provides the management layer that vPro Technology requires, so no additional OS licence is needed.

Will the single HDMI output on this 14.0" convertible drive a legacy 1080p monitor at 1920 x 1200 without scaling issues?

Yes, the HDMI port supports the panel's native 1920 x 1200 resolution, so a 1080p display will run at its native timing with integer scaling.

How can I confirm the Arc Graphics engine is active after the initial Windows 11 Pro setup?

Open Device Manager, expand Display adapters, and verify that Intel Arc Graphics appears without a warning icon; the driver version shown there confirms the GPU is initialised.
