14-inch FHD business laptop

The HP EliteBook 840 G5 is a 14.0-inch Full HD notebook powered by an 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor with Intel UHD Graphics 620. It ships with 8GB of DDR4 memory in a dual-channel configuration and a 1TB PCIe M.2 solid-state drive. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed on the silver aluminium chassis.

Suits mobile professionals needing vPro

This configuration targets users who value Intel vPro remote management, HP Sure Start BIOS protection and a lightweight 14-inch form factor for daily productivity. Buyers who need a dedicated graphics processor, a touchscreen display, or more than 8GB of memory out of the box should consider other options.

1TB SSD and 8GB RAM headroom

The 1TB PCIe M.2 drive provides ample space for operating system, applications and large project files without relying on external storage. The 8GB DDR4 kit handles typical office multitasking and video conferencing smoothly, while the platform supports expansion up to 32GB for heavier workloads. Integrated UHD Graphics 620 covers standard business visuals but not intensive 3D rendering.
