HP EliteBook 840 G8 laptop for mobile professionals

The HP EliteBook 840 G8 is a 14.0 inch touch screen laptop running Windows 11 Pro. An Intel Core i7 11th Gen processor with a minimum 2.80GHz speed handles office workloads and multitasking. Integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics drives the 1920 x 1080 Full HD display. Eight GB of installed memory and a 512 GB SSD provide the baseline configuration for daily productivity.

Business chassis with moderate wear and essential

This unit is professionally reconditioned and shows moderate cosmetic scratches or scuffs on the bezel and casing. The keyboard and trackpad display visible signs of use and expansion slot covers may be absent. Two USB ports support standard peripherals while Bluetooth enables wireless accessories. A built-in webcam covers video calls and the backlit keyboard is not included on this model.

Integrated graphics and fixed memory limit

Intel Iris Xe Graphics shares system memory and suits general business applications, not sustained 3D rendering or modern gaming. The 8 GB of RAM occupies one of two slots so total capacity can be increased, yet the current amount restricts heavy multitasking. The 512 GB SSD may deliver between 480 GB and 512 GB of usable space. Buyers who need discrete graphics or larger memory out of the box should consider other configurations.
