Business laptop with Intel Core i7 11th Gen

The HP EliteBook 840 G8 is a new 14.0-inch notebook built for professionals who need a compact Windows 10 Pro machine. It ships with an Intel Core i7 11th Gen processor, 8GB of memory and a 256GB SSD. The non-touch Full HD display and integrated graphics suit office productivity and remote work.

Integrated graphics limit 3D and video workloads

Because the graphics chip is integrated on the processor, the system relies on shared system memory for visual output. This architecture handles everyday business applications and video playback but cannot sustain heavy 3D rendering, modern gaming or GPU-accelerated creative tasks that demand dedicated video memory.

8GB soldered memory caps multitasking headroom

The 8GB RAM configuration determines how many applications run smoothly at once. With no extra slots mentioned, the installed amount is the total capacity available. Buyers who need more memory for virtual machines, large datasets or intensive multitasking should consider a different model.
