HP EliteBook 850 G6 with quad-core i7-8665U

This 15.6-inch notebook ships new with Windows 10 Pro and targets professionals who need a managed fleet device for office applications, web workflows and video calls. The four-core processor runs at 1.90 GHz and provides enough threads for typical multitasking without fan noise becoming intrusive.

16 GB soldered memory and 256 GB SSD capacity

The 16 GB RAM ceiling is fixed at the factory maximum, so the machine handles standard business suites and dozens of browser tabs comfortably. Heavy virtualisation, large media projects or memory-hungry databases will hit the hard limit and require a different platform.

Thunderbolt USB-C port and Gigabit Ethernet

A single Thunderbolt connection over USB Type-C supports docking, external displays and fast peripherals through one cable. Built-in Gigabit LAN gives reliable wired throughput in managed offices, while the 3-cell battery keeps the chassis light for occasional mobility.
