Business laptop with quad-core i7

The HP EliteBook 850 G8 is a 15.6-inch laptop powered by an Intel Core i7-1185G7 quad-core processor running at 3.0 GHz. It ships with 32 GB of DDR4 memory and a 512 GB NVMe PCIe M.2 solid-state drive. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for professional environments.

Verify ports and display needs

This unit provides two USB Type-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port and one USB 3.1 Gen 1 port alongside a single HDMI output. The 15.6-inch LED panel is non-touch with a 1920 x 1080 FHD resolution. Wireless connectivity uses Intel Dual Band AX201 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2. Confirm these interfaces match your peripherals and docking requirements.

Integrated graphics and shared memory thermals

The Intel Iris Xe graphics subsystem uses shared system memory rather than dedicated video memory. Under typical office workloads the integrated GPU keeps thermal output modest and fan noise low. Sustained heavy compute or multi-display output will raise temperatures and fan speed, but the design targets quiet operation for standard productivity tasks.
