HP EliteDesk 800 G2 RGB Gaming Desktop

This small form factor desktop pairs a quad-core Intel Core i7-6700 processor with 32GB DDR4 memory and a 512GB SSD. An AMD Radeon RX 550 graphics card handles visual output while Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed. The bundle adds an RGB keyboard, mouse and sound bar for immediate use.

Buyers needing integrated graphics only

The dedicated Radeon RX 550 makes this system suitable for entry-level gaming and multi-monitor productivity. Users who rely solely on integrated graphics or require a smaller footprint than a small form factor chassis should consider alternatives. Buyers who need more storage capacity than 512GB will need to add drives.

32GB DDR4 memory configuration

Four modules populate the slots to reach 32GB total capacity using DDR4 technology. This amount supports smooth multitasking and modern application workloads without immediate upgrades. The installed memory type matches the platform and cannot be changed to a different generation.

Questions about this item

The system ships with 32GB DDR4 already installed, giving ample headroom for gaming and multitasking without an immediate upgrade.

What does the i7-6700 3.40GHz base and 4.00GHz turbo actually deliver in daily use?

Four cores and eight threads at those clocks keep Windows 11 Pro responsive, handle streaming while gaming, and chew through productivity workloads without bottlenecking the RX 550.

Which video outputs does the Radeon RX 550 provide for my monitor?

The graphics card includes HDMI and DisplayPort connectors, so you can plug in modern displays directly.
